ATC is currently not in-network with any insurance providers and operates as an out-of-network provider and self-pay practice. Nevertheless, ATC offers a superbill to clients who are receiving counseling services, which may be used for seeking insurance reimbursement. Clients are responsible for confirming whether their insurance plan allows for out-of-network reimbursements.

The frequency of therapy sessions can vary based on individual needs and treatment goals. Typically, clients start with weekly sessions to build rapport and make progress. As they improve, sessions may be reduced to bi-weekly or monthly. Some clients benefit from more frequent sessions during crises or intensive treatment periods, while others may attend less often for ongoing support and maintenance. Your therapist will work with you to determine the best schedule tailored to your specific needs.
Therapy sessions typically last 52 to 60 minutes, depending on the specific needs and treatment plan of the client.
The therapist has expertise in treating a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, trauma, and more. Specializations are detailed on our website under the "About Assure Therapy" and "Provider" sections.

A release of information form is a document that grants permission for confidential information about a client to be shared with specified individuals or entities. This form allows the mental health provider to disclose certain details from the client's therapy sessions, assessments, or treatment records to designated third parties, such as other healthcare providers, insurance companies, legal professionals, or family members. It ensures that information is shared only with the client's explicit consent and within the boundaries specified on the form.
Certainly. You may request your mental health records from our office. Under HIPAA regulations, with a written request, we must grant you access to your records within 30 days of your request. Should we be unable to meet this deadline, HIPAA requires that we issue a letter stating when the records will be available. It's important to note that psychotherapy notes are not required by HIPAA to be produced or part of these records. For any inquiries or to make a request, please reach out to our office.
