WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES

Individual Counseling

Helps clients explore personal concerns, emotions, and behaviors in a private, one-on-one setting with a therapist, fostering growth, healing, and coping strategies.

Couples Counseling

Focuses on improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening the relationship bond between partners by addressing patterns that may be causing distress.

Family Counseling

Works with multiple family members to improve interactions, resolve conflicts, and build healthier dynamics that support the wellbeing of the entire household.

Reunification Counseling

Supports children and parents who are rebuilding or repairing their relationship after separation, trauma, or court involvement, with a focus on safety, trust, and gradual reconnection.

Group Counseling

Brings individuals with shared challenges together in a supportive environment, allowing members to learn from one another, build skills, and find encouragement through shared experiences.

Accepted Insurance Plans

Insurance participation varies by provider. Please review each provider's profile for information regarding accepted insurance plans, self-pay rates, and out-of-network options.

For providers who are in-network, we currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna (Evernorth), Aetna, and United Healthcare (Optum). For providers who are out-of-network, we are happy to provide a superbill that may be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of services.

Please note that we are not enrolled Medicaid or Medicare providers, and these plans generally do not offer reimbursement for services provided by out-of-network clinicians.
