Tamra is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in counseling, mental health assessment, standardized measurements, diagnosis, and treatment. Tamra offers personalized, evidence-based support to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of complex challenges. In addition, she is proficient in child custody and parental evaluations. Tamra fosters a secure and nurturing space for her clients, customizing her approach to address their distinct requirements.

Tamra is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna (Evernorth), Aetna, and United Health Care (Optum).

All other insurances are considered Out of Network and Superbills can be provided to the client for potential reimbursement.

I am not an enrolled Medicaid provider, and Medicaid does not offer reimbursement for services provided by out-of-network clinicians.

For Medicare, if you carry supplemental insurance through one of the carriers listed above, services are generally billable. However, Medicare alone does not cover mental health services, so sessions would be billed at the standard office rate.
