Hope is particularly focused on high-achieving professionals, first responders, military families, caregivers, and those going through career transitions, leadership challenges, and burnout at the workplace. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as, CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, she tailors treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.
